Joshua Corey

Joshua Corey is a poet, critic, translator, and novelist. Among his publications are Hannah and the Master (MadHat Press, 2021), The Transcendental Circuit: Otherworlds of Poetry (MadHat Press, 2018), and a new translation, with Jean-Luc Garneau, of Francis Ponge's first collection of prose poems, Partisan of Things (Kenning Editions, 2016). With G.C. Waldrep he co-edited the anthology The Arcadia Project: North American Postmodern Pastoral (Ahsahta Press, 2012). From 1993-1997 he lived in New Orleans (on the edge of the French Quarter and in Algiers. He is Professor of English at Lake Forest College and lives in Evanston, Illinois.
