John Wall Barger is the author of six collections of poems and one book of essays (The Elephant of Silence: Essays on Poetics and Cinema, LSU Press, 2024). His next book of poems, Resurrection Pie, is coming out in early 2026 with LSU Press. An editor for Frontenac House, he lives in Vermont and lectures in the Writing Program at Dartmouth College.
