RaeJeana Brooks is a poet, essayist, and movement artist from Florida. A 2024 Furious Flower Poetry Prize honoree, their work can be found in Obsidian, Brink, Foglifter, The Offing, and others. Their work has been supported by fellowships and grants from the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, Roots Wounds Words, and the Community Foundation for Northeast Florida. Brooks holds an MFA in creative nonfiction and poetry from Antioch University Los Angeles.
