Thomas Parrie is affiliated with the Choctaw-Apache Tribe of Ebarb in west Louisiana. He holds a MA from Northwestern State University and a MFA from Mcneese State University. He is the author of Toledo Rez & Other Myths from That Painted Horse Press. It is his debut collection. He lives and works in Hammond, Louisiana.
